Since being appointed as the President of the Inspire Board in 2018, David has led by example, always doing his best and encouraging others to do the same. While easygoing by nature, he is a force to be reckoned with – he has earned annual Top 10 Real Estate Producer honors for over twenty years, including fifteen in the Top 5, and he has brokered more than $3,300,000,000 in land transactions since beginning at Colliers International in 1987. David Santistevan is both an excellent businessman and leader. As a graduate of the University of Colorado, David earned his B.S. in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. Under David’s leadership, the Foundation has executed a number of successful projects.

VICE PRESIDENT

Diane Korsh takes a vision and turns it into reality. She is a fierce go-getter who inspires action. Respected as a credible voice in decision-making, Diane serves on several Boards including the Del Mar Mesa Community Board, the Friends of Del Mar Mesa, and the Seacoast Preservation Association. Driven by her love for all things equestrian, Diane opened The Farm at Del Mar Meadows in 2001. When Diane is not riding a horse or in a board meeting, she can be found volunteering in Haiti with Children’s Heritage Foundation. Diane is Board Certified in Pediatrics and has practiced Pediatric Occupational Therapy since graduating from Kean University in 1986.

Grace Chui-Miller attended the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of California, San Diego. Grace is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Correlation Ventures where she is responsible for the financial reporting of the firm’s investment funds as well as day-to-day management of firm-wide finance, operations and investment monitoring. In addition, Grace is responsible for investor relations and works closely with outside legal counsel on fundraising, operations and regulatory compliance matters. Grace has 20 years of professional experience in financial services and began her venture career in 1999. Prior to Correlation, Grace was the Chief Financial Officer of DCM, a technology-focused venture capital firm based in the Bay Area with over $2 billion under management, where she had oversight of global finance operations and advised portfolio company management teams, providing operational and financial guidance and assistance. On a more personal note, Grace enjoys participating in triathlons (including one Ironman) and traveling with her husband Scott and daughter Samantha.

Krishna Kabra is an executive leader with experience in both the for and nonprofit worlds. Most recently she was CEO of the San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum. She joined SDCDM after 22 years of experience in the corporate world, working in innovation and marketing strategy. Krishna has worked on some of the biggest and fastest growing brands around the world. She holds a deep passion for entrepreneurship, innovation and strategy. She does her best work as a ‘fixer’; she has been brought into organizations to either set forward a path for growth or to grow the organization from the ground up. Krish is currently a Senior Advisor for a bio-inspired consultancy called Biomimicry 3.8. Krishna received her Bachelor’s degree and Masters degree in England at Manchester University and Bristol University respectively. She completed executive training in courses at the Harvard Business School and MIT. Krishna is the Chairman Elect of the San Diego Women’s Foundation. She has also received professional certification in positive parenting. In 2003, she delivered a TEDx talk entitled, “Would you play if your life depended on it” in San Diego.

Dr. Nancy M. Robinson has extensive experience in classroom teaching and field-based research in the United States, Australia, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina. She has developed and implemented comprehensive approaches to literacy education for culturally diverse and special needs populations in the United States and internationally. She has been a principle research investigator and instructional design consultant for special needs projects, along with guiding graduate students in research design and statistical applications. An extensive background in clinical tutoring and general classroom early intervention for struggling readers and writers has been a central focus. She received the Institute for Reading Research Fellowship from the International Literacy association for innovative research into the impact of organizational cues on reading comprehension achievement for students with general learning disabilities. Dr. Robinson received her BA, BA (Hons), MA (Hons) from Macquarie University, Sydney Australia and her Ph.D. from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Jaime grew up in Connecticut in a Christian home and attended a Christian private school through high school. She graduated from Central Connecticut State with a degree in Business Management and parlayed that into furniture operations for Bob’s Discount Furniture. Jaime moved to San Diego in 2006 to become the Director of Operations for Jerome’s Furniture. Through the owners of Jerome’s, Jaime met her husband Dan Feder. In 2009, Jaime began the conversion process with Rabbi Avi Libman at Congregation Beth El. Through this process Jaime found her Jewish home. In 2010, Jaime became involved in several non-profit organizations throughout San Diego. Jaime lives in La Jolla with her husband Dan and their four kids: David, Evelyn, Mayer, and Noa. Jaime diligently teaches her kids the beauty and need to give back. The entire family does this by bringing treats and cards to community workers who have to work on the holidays, serving the homeless through Interfaith Escondido, adopting families through Gmach, and participating in other Tikkun Olam projects as needed.
